Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Clean Car Wash, its owners, employees and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim and liability (including attorney’s fees) arising out of Clean Car Wash detailing service.

Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage as a result of detailing your vehicle.

Clean Car Wash assumes no liability for damage or loss to the customer vehicle. At the sole discretion of Clean Car Wash, should your vehicle suffer damage directly caused by our equipment while your vehicle is being washed or parked onsite, so long as the damage does not involve a prior condition or, is caused by another customer’s actions; Clean Car Wash will provide you a reputable auto body shop to have an estimate prepared and for repair of your damage. Should you choose to obtain an estimate or repairs from a different body shop, Clean Car Wash reserves the right to reimburse you for the reasonable costs of your repairs. Reimbursement amount, if any, is at the sole discretion of Clean Car Wash.
